Come learn how we began to use Argument Driven Inquiry (ADI) labs to challenge and engage our students. The multi-step ADI process gets your students actively pursuing the "how" and "why" of science in collaboration with their peers. We will do an ADI chemistry ab, go through the steps together, and discuss how you could make any inquiry lab an ADI-style lab. I will also share the lessons we've learned in our first year of implementation and what we'll do more of next year. This workshop has a chemistry focus, but the ADI approach could be adapted to all levels and all fields.
