Dell Funded- JASON Learning is providing award-winning, Free STEM programming to Austin, Bastrop, Del Valle, Georgetown, Hays Consolidated, Lago Vista, Leander, Pflugerville, and Round Rock ISDs. Sample hands-on labs and digital resources from JASON Learning’s life & environmental sciences curricula best supporting watersheds, resource managment, organisms & environments, interdependence & interactions, impact of human activity on earth systems and scientific investigation/reasoning/processes. JASON is a nonprofit organization that integrates the nation’s leading scientists and their work into every curricular component, highlighting real-world phenomena and application, making STEM relevant and engaging for students. This session will introduce participants to the host of programming being offered, from digital resources, hands-on, inquiry labs, games, videos to live, STEM role model events, Dell-sponsored hackathons, and field opportunities.
